It's not really the food you eat but the portions. Have smaller portions of food and instead of having three large meals a day, eat 5 smaller meals. Try to add fruits and vegetables to your diet as two of the small meals. They will keep you going until you can have maybe some chicken or a sandwich. Also, drink green tea every morning.
